Kyle Vosper

Founder

15 years of experience training and researching as fitness is my passion. Testament to this is I’ve been modelling for 5 years. In my industry being in average shape doesn’t pay the bills, being in exceptional shape year-round does. This has only further driven my hunger to attain the most advanced knowledge backed by science out there.

I train and research for my own passion first, and the modelling success is testament to my ability to stay in shape year-round. To me it’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle. It just coincidentally complimented my job.

My standards for myself are very high. This has driven me to obsess about attaining the most recent and most reputable knowledge out there on how to optimise all aspects of health and fitness. Therefore, naturally my standards and expectations for my clients is also very high, meaning that it is imperative I have a high standard coaching service to help my clients reach their true potential.
